About Us

Davet Cepte is a digital design studio based in Kocaeli, Türkiye. We create bespoke digital invitations for weddings, engagements, birthdays, circumcision ceremonies, graduations, openings, launches, concerts and corporate events. We work remotely with clients across Türkiye and abroad.

Rather than dropping a name into a ready-made template, we start from the theme of your event and build the colour, typography, imagery and copy as a single composition. The goal is simple: the invitation should carry the first impression of your event exactly as you imagine it.

Our service is more than a visual design. The invitation is published as a page that gathers the whole digital experience of your event behind one link.

1. 1Tell us about your event: share what you know about the type, date, venue, estimated guest count and the design direction you have in mind — via the enquiry form, phone or e-mail.
2. 2We agree on scope and price: the total amount including any add-ons, the delivery date and the working terms are sent to you in writing before the order is placed.
3. 3We shape the design together: after the first design presentation we discuss it and apply your revisions.
4. 4Your invitation goes live: once you approve it, the invitation link and any QR code are delivered to you, ready to share with your guests.
5. 5After the event: the collected memories are handed over to you and the attendance records are deleted at the end of the retention period.

Transparent pricing

The base package and add-on prices are published on the site. No fee is charged that was not stated to you before the order was confirmed.

Data minimisation

We only ask for the personal data needed to deliver the service. Your guests' data is never used for marketing, sold, or shared with third parties.

Accessibility

Invitation pages are keyboard operable, screen-reader friendly and built to open on slow connections.

Guest experience

Your guests install nothing, create no account and sign up for nothing. They tap the link and the invitation is there.
