Pre-Contractual Information Form

The subject of the contract is a digital invitation designed specifically for the buyer's event, together with the web page on which that invitation is published. The base package includes:

• Digital invitation design created for your event
• An invitation page that works on every device
• RSVP tracking and the attendance panel
• Event location and directions
• A weather section for the day of the event
• Add to calendar and reminder
• Photo and video memory sharing via QR code

The service contains no physical product; it is delivered electronically, by handing over a link and a QR code.

Prices are in Turkish Lira and include all taxes. Add-ons are optional; an order may be placed for the base package alone. The total amount payable is the sum of the items you select and is shown separately in the order confirmation. No shipping, delivery or similar cost arises in addition to this amount.

• Payment is made through the payment channels notified to you during order confirmation.
• Design work begins once payment or order confirmation has been received.
• The delivery date is set in writing in the order confirmation, taking into account the date of your event and the scope of the request. In any case the performance period cannot exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the order.
• Delivery takes place when the invitation link and any QR code are sent to you.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from the date it is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice in writing to yasal@davetcepte.com or to any of our contact addresses.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Services whose performance has begun with your express consent before the withdrawal period expires (Art. 15/1-h) — in that case the loss of your right of withdrawal is separately noted in the order confirmation;
• Services performed instantaneously in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantaneously to the consumer (Art. 15/1-ğ);
• Goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs (Art. 15/1-ç).

You may send requests and complaints through the contact channels above. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the service was provided, within the monetary limits announced for the relevant year; disputes above those limits are heard by the Consumer Courts.

By confirming your order you acknowledge that you have read the content of this pre-contractual information form and that you are entering into a payment obligation. The form is sent to you together with your order on a durable medium (e-mail).
